The first of its kind, The Museum of Youth Culture was set up to document the attitudes, styles and expressions of youth across the UK. Their aim: to inspire future generations to make their own mark on the world around them.
Despite the world in which we find ourselves, the Museum of Youth Culture have had a busy year, developing their ‘Grown Up in Britain’ initiative which encouraged friends and families to dig out their family photo albums and submit to their ever-growing archive. They’ve now proudly launched a pop-up shop and exhibition space with an ambitious education programme.
