Hailing from the North-East of England, Nadine Shah’s unique voice and politically-charged lyrics have earnt her huge critical acclaim over the years. With a Mercury-nominated album under her belt, Shah’s fourth album ‘Kitchen Sink’ – released halfway through 2020 – combines razor-sharp lyrics and dark, bass-heavy beats.
We’re so excited to announce our first Subculture Live of 2021 with Nadine Shah, live at the 100 Club, London. Support comes from Irish poet and songstress, the formidable Sinead O’Brien, whose work captures the everyday in a way that transcends genre. A DJ set from Fat White Family’s Lias Saoudi will round off the night nicely.
