Name, where are you from?
My name is Bradley Griffiths and I live in London.
What do you do?
I sing and play guitar in Bloody Knees
What is the band doing at the moment?
We've just released the first single and video off our new EP. The single is called 'Not Done' and the EP is called 'Maybe It's Easy' which is out in October.
What influences your sound?
As a band we all have very different music tastes so the influences come from all over the place when it comes to writing. I'd also say that the songs are written to be played live and played loudly so our sound is definitely influenced by the way we'd like people to receive it. It's very much in your face.
Describe your style in three words:
In Your Face
How should your music be listened to?
Live preferably. But if you can't come see us then whack it on loudly in your headphones as you're strutting about.
What music defines the teenage you?
Teenage me was definitely a heavy metal me. Slayer's 'Reign in Blood' and 'South of Heaven'. Metallica's 'Ride The Lightning'. I love fast and aggressive music.
A British icon that has inspired you?
Lemmy.
What’s the best gig you’ve been to?
The best gig I have ever been to would have to be Stevie Wonder.

What was the first song you played on repeat?
No Doubt - Don't speak. It was on one of those Now That's What I Call Music cassette Tapes that my mums mate bought me. Loved the music video for that one too.
What was the last piece of music you bought?
The most recent thing I've bought was a pre-order for the new Wolves In The Throne Room record 'Thrice Woven'.
A song from your favourite album?
'You Think I Ain't Worth A Dollar, But I Feel Like A Millionaire'
(From Queens Of The Stone Age, 'Songs For The Deaf')
A song you wish you had written?
'Wonderwall'. If I wrote that I'd be rich as f*ck.
Best song to bring people together?
When I used to work in a pub, at closing time I'd sometimes blast 'She's Electric' by Oasis just before the lights came on and we kick everyone out. The whole place would erupt and everyone would be singing along arm in arm. Beautiful. Not sure if it qualifies as the BEST song for bringing people together but it's a good'n.
Best love song of all time?
It's not a happy one but it's definitely a love song. 'I Can't Make You Love Me' by Bonnie Raitt used to really get me going. Especially after a couple wines.
Is there a song you like that people wouldn’t expect?
There's probably loads and loads and loads.
Which new British bands are you listening to at the moment?
The Magic Gang. Abattoir Blues. Wolf Alice. Superfood. Crows. The Rythm Method.
