Describe your style in three words?

Mod Inspired simplicity.

The first track you played on repeat?

Michael Jackson - Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough

One of the first-ever 7" single vinyl records I bought as a kid. That and 'Message In A Bottle' by The Police. I played this constantly. Great disco sound.

A song from your favorite album?

Oasis - She's Electric

This album needs no further explanation and this was just a banging tune. Played it before playing amateur football on Saturdays with the team. Great motivator before the game. My favourite band.

A song from your most memorable gig?

Paul Weller - Sunflower

A brilliant song from a brilliant album. This is great commuter listening music. Gets me up for the day!

A song that always gets you up and dancing?

R. Dean Taylor - There's A Ghost In My House

Great Northern Soul track and one of my all-time favourites. I used to watch the older guys dancing to this in the community centre when I was a kid and that really inspired me. Northern Soul still with me today.

A new song you're listening to?

The Spitfires - Over And Over Again

Great wee band, a throwback to The Jam brought into today. Love that MOD style!

Best song to turn up loud?

The Who - Won't Get Fooled Again - Original Album Version

My best friend and I would listen to The Who in his living room with massive headphones on when we were about ten or eleven years old. A real eye-opener to what REAL music was at that age. Still has to be played loud to this day.

A song that defines the teenage you?

The Specials - Too Much Too Young

This defined my high school years and the early '80s mod revival. I travelled on a coach with the school football team to Germany to play. I still remember everyone dancing to this song in the coach aisle. We all loved ska and 2 tone.

An anthemic song?

Oasis - Don't Look Back In Anger - Remastered

OASIS gigs. 'Nuff said!

Best song to end an all-nighter?

John Lennon - Imagine - Remastered 2010

Sheer class and what the world needs right now.
