Play in a ass kicking band called Queensway — England
A Bennie Photo
Describe your style in three words?
Charity shop rock.
The first track you played on repeat?
Black Eyed Peas - Pump It
Such a bop can’t remember why I liked it but just slaps.
A song from your favorite album?
Radiohead - Weird Fishes/ Arpeggi
This song is just so powerful I like how it goes from subtle to chaotic really quick. I always say this song never feels real.
A song from your most memorable gig?
Trampolene - Storm Heaven
Trampolene were one of the first bands I see as a teen. This song sounds like an army especially the solo and that sweet sweet bass.
A song that always gets you up and dancing?
War - Low Rider
There's a cowbell that’s f*cking enough. Also, this was in the blind video days full length what’s a sick skate video.
A new song you're listening to?
Beija Flo - One Of Those Things
My friend has a skate brand and this song was in the promotional video for it and I just fell in love with it, she’s a really talented beautiful artist.
Best song to turn up loud?
Queensway - NIGHTLIFE
I know it’s terrible promoting my own band but this sound just sounds better the louder you can have it. Nuff said.
A song that defines the teenage you?
Buzzcocks - Ever Fallen in Love (With Someone You Shouldn't've?) - 1996 Remastered Version
The lyrics just seem to fit with experiences I had either love or life.
An anthemic song?
Neil Diamond - Sweet Caroline
Whack this banger on at a party and the crowd go nuts. My nan loves this too.
Best song to end an all-nighter?
The Pink Floyd Story - The Great Gig In the Sky
Man, what a powerful song this really just blows my head off. My mum loves this too.
