Describe your style in three words?
Wide, Boxy, Cropped.
The first track you played on repeat? And where did you play it?
Thin Lizzy - Dancing In The Moonlight (It's Caught Me In It's Spotlight)
This album would always be on repeat when my old man would be driving me up and down the country for football. His choice of course but I would always try and emulate him as a kid. Can't help but think back to those good times when I hear this.
A song from your favourite album? And what does this track mean to you?
Oasis - Talk Tonight
I don't necessarily have a favourite album but this is definitely up there.
A song from your most memorable gig?
Oasis - The Shock of the Lightning
Ricoh Arena in Coventry for the Dig Out Your Soul tour in 2008. I must have been 14 or 15. Blew my mind and changed the game for me. Were and always will be my favourite band.
A song that always gets you up and dancing?
Armand Van Helden - You Don't Know Me (feat. Duane Harden)
Arguably my favourite ever tune. What a banger. I had the privilege of seeing Jackmaster drop this in the old Fabric years ago.
A new song you're listening to? Why do you like this artist?
Frankie Stew and Harvey Gunn - Free Fall
Being from Brighton I've known these guys since they were doing house parties. Each project they do gets better and better. Can't stop playing this one from their new album.
Best song to turn up loud? And why?
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Can't Stop
Just a banger.
A song that defines the teenage you? And the memories it evokes?
Kanye West - Can't Tell Me Nothing
To and from school, busting my paper round, you name it, it was on.
An anthemic song? Why does it get your pulse racing?
Marvin Gaye - Sexual Healing
Just one of those you can't help but stop and listen to.
Best song to end an all-nighter?
Lionel Richie - All Night Long (All Night) - Single Version
Growing up in small town Leamington Spa, with one good bar to go to and the same playlist on every weekend, this was quite literally the last song of the night...every night.
