Describe your style in three words?
MOD
The first track you played on repeat? And where did you play it?
New Order - Leave Me Alone - 2015 Remaster
Everyday while I drive my truck!
A song from your favourite album? And what does this track mean to you?
The Smiths - Asleep - 2011 Remaster
I think of my mom everytime I listen to it. My mom passed away from ovarian cancer back in 2012. And the lyric that goes straight to my heart is, "Don’t feel bad for me I want you to know, deep in the cell of my heart. I really want to go."
A song from your most memorable gig?
Morrissey - First of the Gang to Die
Visalia California, it was his last song and when he threw his shirt out, I ended up with one of his sleeves.
A song that always gets you up and dancing?
Depeche Mode - Never Let Me Down Again
Towards the end of the song, Dave Gahan waves his hands back and forth. And the whole crowd is doing it.
A new song you're listening to? Why do you like this artist?
Interpol - If You Really Love Nothing
I dig this bands all around style and music.
Best song to turn up loud? And why?
Madness - Night Boat To Cairo
In my car full blast! This song automatically picks me up!
A song that defines the teenage you? And the memories it evokes?
Suicidal Tendencies - Institutionalized
Reminds me of skating my friends backyard wooden half pipe.
An anthemic song? Why does it get your pulse racing?
Amel Larrieux - For Real
It’s my wife and my song to each other.
Best song to end an all-nighter?
The Specials - You're Wondering Now
Everybody ends up singing all the words. And the lyric’ this is the end. Is like saying goodnight everyone!
