Describe your style in three words?
Goth but posh.
The first track you played on repeat?
The Who - See Me, Feel Me - Live At Woodstock
My Dad is a huge Woodstock fan so every Sunday he would play the live DVD of the festival. I was always fascinated by the performance of Roger Daltrey in his fringe leather jacket and I also think he was my first crush and style icon.
A song from your favorite album?
Velvet Condom - Samt Und Stein
One of my favourites at the moment is ''Samt und Stein'' I love the lyrics of this track and I actually want to get the Line ''Unter Berlin ein Stück Himmel'' (under Berlin a piece of heaven) tattoed.
A song from your most memorable gig?
Crystal Castles - Alice Practice
I can remember this performance because I was a really heartbroken teenager when I went to this gig and felt like I was in this scene of the show ''Skins'' where Sid is at a rave and this track is playing so it felt even more dramatic to me.
A song that always gets you up and dancing?
The Notorious B.I.G. - Hypnotize - 2007 Remaster
Well I guess I dont need to add much to that.
A new song you're listening to?
Nürnberg - Adny
I recently discovered the band Nürnberg from Minsk so that's what I'm currently playing on Repeat.
Best song to turn up loud?
Boy Harsher - LA
Actually, I think you should listen to all music loud. I'm quite sure I will turn deaf at some point because I always listen to volume 10000 plus going a lot to clubs (well at least in the past) didn't help... Anyways that the best way to listen to music.
A song that defines the teenage you?
Bullet For My Valentine - All These Things I Hate (Revolve Around Me)
I was Emo don't judge me lol.
An anthemic song?
The Communards - Don't Leave Me This Way (with Sarah Jane Morris)
I love doing dramatic dance performances to this track in front of the mirror while getting ready. It's really a miracle that I still always manage to be on time.
Best song to end an all-nighter?
Rupert Holmes - Escape (The Pina Colada Song)
I think the best way to end a night is drinking one last Sekt on ice (or Pina Colada if you like) and listen so this track. I like to end the night with a happy track because it's already sad enough that the night has come to an end.
