Name, where are you from?
Fionnuala here from uh (Dominic, my bro will agree with most of this I'm sure with our shared history!)

Describe your style in three words?
Angular. Silver. Demure. Dom has been described more as 'Steve Jobs tackling synths' ~ polo neck/analogue vibes.

What’s the best gig you’ve ever been to?
Maybe this doesn't fit into a gig category but best music experience was brining my 2 besties from London to a Song Circle in the West of Ireland run by John and Isabella Hoban (some family friends), we heard Gaelic lullabies and really moving renditions of old Irish folk songs, I have just the song to add to the playlist to express this experience.

If you could be on the line up with any two artists in history?
Tangerine Dream!! I think Dom and I will agree on this one. They are so prolific but there’s this golden thread that runs through all their musical endeavours since the '70s which always makes them identifiable. I found a beautiful tune called 'Kiew Mission' the other day which I wanna add to the playlist. Second up (but in no order of importance) we have Laurie Anderson, for me, this is a no brainer. Laurie does what I can only wish for one day, to create with such conviction, certainty, specificity, sitting in a world of abstraction and still be truly accessible. Laurie KNOWS!

Which subcultures have influenced you?
Most recently, the Edwardian Cyborg look, I’m certain it’s a thing or that it’s emerging. I love cross-genre and the juxtaposition of looks/sounds, so much is revealed about the way we view something when it’s pushed out of its comfort zone.

If you could spend an hour with anyone from history?
I’m struggling with this question, maybe it’s because I don’t want to be disappointed or spoil my experience of someone's work too much in meeting them, in saying that it would be nice to have a chat with Alice Coltrane and Laurie Anderson, of course.

Of all the venues you’ve been to or played, which is your favourite?
Gorilla in Manchester for the beautiful vibe BUT most of all our EP launch just before lockdown tops it all at The Glove That Fits in London, the sound was supreme and everyone was delivering so much energy, that's one of my finest, warmest, energised memories. One can dream.

Your greatest unsung hero or heroine in music?
I heard the collection 'A Period of Review (Original Recordings 1975 - 1982)' by K. Leimer some years ago now, considering the time this music was made it sounds so contemporary and it’s surprised me that it hasn’t received more recognition for its progressive-ness.
