Orders placed during 21st – 26th December 2018 will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that next express delivery will not be available at this time. Please check the estimated time of delivery at the checkout.
Delivery Options
At Fred Perry we are proud to offer a selection of secure and hassle-free delivery options and costs.
You only pay one flat rate no matter how many items you order, and our carefully selected delivery couriers ensure you order arrives securely and on-time.
All orders are fully tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

When placing your order you will be provided with an estimated delivery date on the checkout page, for when you can expect your order to arrive.
You have the option of having your order delivered to a UPS Access Point or to Home or Work.
Please note:
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses/Packstations.
Home or Work Delivery
You have the option of FREE Standard Delivery or Express Delivery for €10
You will be provided with an estimated delivery date on the checkout page, for when you can expect your order to arrive.
Deliveries are made by UPS between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

On the morning of your delivery you will receive an email or SMS notifications from UPS advising you of the estimated delivery window when your order will arrive.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.

UPS Access Point Delivery
You have the option of FREE Standard Delivery or Express Delivery for €10.
You will be provided with an estimated delivery date on the checkout page, for when you can expect your order to arrive.
UPS Access Points are conveniently located in retail outlets such as newsagents or grocery stores. You can search for UPS Access Points in your local area during the checkout process, and choose to have your order delivered to the one most convenient for you.
When your order arrives at your chosen UPS Access Point you will be notified by email or SMS that the parcel has arrived and is ready for collection. You then have 10 days to collect you parcel.
To collect your parcel you will need to present one of the following recognised forms of ID:
Government issued photo ID: driver's license, passport, foreign national or military ID;
or
Any other photo ID containing your full name, along with one of the following documents containing your full name: Utility/phone bill, wage slip, or bank statement.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, he/she needs to bring your photo ID based on the above criteria, as well as show his/her own government issued ID.

IMPORT DUTY
All orders are delivered Delivery Duty Unpaid. Should your order be subject to customs or import duties, these will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.
You are also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
Fred Perry cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. Fred Perry cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
ORDER TRACKING
You can track your package using the link supplied in your order confirmation email. Should you have any questions about its progress, please contact UPS in the first instance as they will be best placed to inform you of the status of your delivery.
