Delivery Options
At Fred Perry we are proud to offer a selection of secure and hassle-free delivery options and costs.
You only pay one flat rate no matter how many items you order and our carefully selected delivery couriers ensure your order arrives securely and on-time.
All orders are fully tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

UK DELIVERY
Next Working Day
Our Next Working Day delivery service is FREE
You must place your order by 3pm for it to be delivered the next working day.
Deliveries are made by DPD between 8am and 8pm, from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
You can track the progress of your delivery via the link supplied in your order dispatch email or via the DPD site: https://www.dpd.co.uk/tracking/tracking.do?
On the morning of your delivery you will receive an email or SMS notifications from DPD advising you of the estimated one-hour delivery window when your order will arrive.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Next Working Day delivery is NOT available to the Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and Scottish Highlands & Islands. Orders to these destinations will be delivered FREE but will take 2 days to arrive after dispatch.
Next Working Day By 10:30am
Our Next Working Day By 10:30am delivery service costs £10 per order.
You must place your order by 3pm for it to be delivered the next working day by 10:30am.
Deliveries are made by DPD from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Northern Ireland
Deliveries to Northern Ireland can be delivered to a home or work address, or to a UPS Access Point.
UPS Access Points are conveniently located in retail outlets such as newsagents or grocery stores.
You can search for UPS Access Points in your local area during the checkout process, and choose to have your order delivered to the one most convenient for you.
When your order arrives at your chosen UPS Access Point you will be notified by email or SMS that the parcel has arrived and is ready for collection. You then have 10 days to collect you parcel.
To collect your parcel you will need to present one of the following recognised forms of ID:
Government issued photo ID: driver's license, passport, foreign national or military ID;
or
Any other photo ID containing your full name, along with one of the following documents containing your full name: Utility/phone bill, council tax bill, wage slip, or bank statement.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, he/she needs to bring your photo ID based on the above criteria, as well as show his/her own government issued ID.

IMPORT DUTY
All orders are delivered Delivery Duty Unpaid. Should your order be subject to customs or import duties, these will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.
You are also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
Fred Perry cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. Fred Perry cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
BRITISH FORCES POST OFFICE BOXES
Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to British Forces Post Office Boxes. We’re working hard to offer this service in the near future.
