Limited Release
Location T-Shirts
A celebration of our global shop locations – and the first in our series of collectible pieces – we pay homage to the styling nuances of six Fred Perry-located cities and the young creatives who inhabit them.
Hey, my name is Hakan or Poseidon. I am 27 and from W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L- Berlin! I am a graphic design graduate and today I find myself in a field of creative direction, styling and PR.
The best gig I have ever been to was definitely the concert by my favourite band ever YEARS & YEARS in Berlin. I was invited to a meet and greet at Kesselhaus, so before the band played we had the chance to hang out with them. Just good vibes and a phenomenal atmosphere. The track I would nominate is one from the older album 'Communion' and it's called 'Eyes Shut'... I told Olly Alexander (front person of the band) that I adore this song and it helped me get over my ex-boyfriend, so he sang it with all his heart!
Where is your favourite independent venue in Berlin?
"There are a few spots I LOVE! But on a sunny and warm day, there is no better place than Tempelhofer Feld. It's an old airport area and gives me the best #freedom vibe that you can imagine."
SATONA WEARS THE LIMITED RELEASE TOKYO T-SHIRT
Satona. Born in Tainan in Taiwan, raised in Saitama, Japan. I’m now a store assistant in Tokyo.
'Mou Jiki Natsu ga Owaru Kara' by n-buna. He's a musician who started out as a Vocaloid P (producer), and now he's mainly active in a band called Yorushika, formed by n-buna and the female singer suis. I really like all the songs he makes. His choice of words is beautiful and when I listen to them I feel like I'm entering the world of the song easily. I know I'm exaggerating, I feel alive when I listen to his songs. I'd like you to give it a try even if you don't know anything about Vocaloids.
The Cat Street in Harajuku is a place where you can find the latest trends and people from all walks of life. It's interesting to see the individuality of the people who live there. Then there's Ikebukuro. Ikebukuro is a great place to get a taste of Japanese anime culture and there are lots of apparel shops. One of the best places to go is Otome Road. There are so many shops and things to see that if you don't set a time, the day will be over pretty soon.

I saw the band Hyukoh live in 2019, and nothing has topped that yet. It was a surreal experience, just being there by myself and hearing all my favourite songs with complete strangers.
Which American subcultures have influenced you?
"Not sure if they are all American but definitely the darkwave, cybergoth, afrofuturistic and occult dance cultures with a hint of Americana."

I just have to say Charles Aznavour... I love the song 'For Me Formidable'!
That’s a hard one because there are so many! But I would say La Java, we went there almost every weekend before the pandemic. I like it a lot because you never really know what to expect but in the end, we always had good nights!
