Describe your style in three words?
Fred Perry addict.
The first track you played on repeat? And where did you play it?
Arctic Monkeys - From The Ritz To The Rubble
Been listening to this album for as long as I can remember. This track stood out from the first play for me. Best on the album for me.
A song from your favourite album? And what does this track mean to you?
The Stone Roses - Waterfall - Remastered
If I could only listen to one tune or one album for the rest of my life it would be these. My Dad introduced me to The Stone Roses and I’ve never grown tired of them.
A song from your most memorable gig?
Foo Fighters - Best of You
Lucky for my first gig to be from a band as huge as Foo Fighters. The chorus of voices belting around the London Stadium made this unforgettable.
A song that always gets you up and dancing?
Arctic Monkeys - I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor
You just can’t physically not dance to this track. Enough said.
A new song you're listening to? Why do you like this artist?
Gorillaz - Momentary Bliss (feat. slowthai and Slaves)
Absolute banger. Both slowthai and Slaves have to be some of my two favourite new-ish artists out there at the moment. Coming together on a track with Albarn’s legendary ability is just going to make a class tune.
Best song to turn up loud? And why?
Oasis - Rock 'n' Roll Star
It can’t be played on anything other than full volume. Classic.
A song that defines the teenage you? And the memories it evokes?
Slaves - Sockets
Slaves and this track in particular soundtracked a whole Summer for me. Just gets everyone jumping up and lifts the mood.
An anthemic song? Why does it get your pulse racing?
The White Stripes - Seven Nation Army
Absolute classic. One of the most recognisable riffs out there. Just a great tune all round.
Best song to end an all-nighter?
Oasis - Wonderwall
No better track to seal off a good party. Gets everyone up for one last belt out and then they all leave happy.
