Describe your style in three words?
Sporty, bohemian and very eclectic.
The first track you played on repeat?
Souls Of Mischief - 93 'Til Infinity
I listen to this when I'm travelling on the train back to my hometown. The song makes me feel nostalgic about the new friendships I made during my first year of university.
A song from your favorite album?
Lana Del Rey - Florida Kilos
I like listening to this in the summer because I think the song has a sunny disposition compared to Del Rey's other works. Again, this song is heavily rooted in nostalgia for me, reminding me of summer's spent with friends drinking in random parks.
A song from your most memorable gig?
Tommy Genesis - Execute
This was the second gig I'd been to and I was 18 at the time. Tommy did this song acapella, and by the end, the whole audience was singing with her.
A song that always gets you up and dancing?
Biig Piig - Switch
This is a song I discovered a few months ago from my friend's recommended Spotify playlist, and it has become our flat anthem. I don't really know what genre it fits into but I like the fact that it has alternative and liquid dnb elements to it.
A new song you're listening to?
Crystal Castles - Empathy
I've heard bits of this song a few times but I never knew what it was called or who it was by until recently. Now it's one of my current favourites.
Best song to turn up loud?
Void Vision - The Source
This song makes me feel like I'm running really fast even when I'm sitting still. I could imagine this being played at a cool techno event even though it's technically electronica.
A song that defines the teenage you?
Nirvana - School
I feel like this song was a good release for pent up teenage angst. I remember watching the live performance of this song on YouTube and being enamoured by Cobain's stage presence.
An anthemic song?
Class Actress - Journal of Ardency
I was in Paris with my friend for the weekend and we stumbled across this bar with a bunch of French hipsters in it. They all had crazy tattoos and the sickest fashion sense, and this song was on in the background.
Best song to end an all-nighter?
Little Harry - Wicked & Wild
This is a good mellow song to end an all-nighter.
