03Interview

Describe your style in three words?

effortless, classic, timeless.

The first track you played on repeat? And where did you play it?

Oasis - Live Forever

Oasis has been my first crush music wise while I was in middle school, I can't tell where or when exactly I heard it for the first time but it clearly opened my mind on music.

A song from your favourite album? And what does this track mean to you?

Tame Impala - The Less I Know The Better

One of my favorite albums, can keep you running all day long.

A song from your most memorable gig?

The Stone Roses - Waterfall - Remastered

The gig was back in 2013 at la Cigale in Paris, I was right in front of the stage, the mood was crazy, everybody dancing and singing.

A song that always gets you up and dancing?

OutKast - Roses

Try not to dance on this one.

A new song you're listening to? Why do you like this artist?

Allah-Las - Raspberry Jam

That's just an instrumental song powerful enough to get you where you want just by closing your eyes.

Best song to turn up loud? And why?

The Black Keys - I Got Mine

That song is crazy powerful, I can listen to it everywhere it always give me an energy boost when I need it.

A song that defines the teenage you? And the memories it evokes?

Arctic Monkeys - Who The Fuck Are Arctic Monkeys?

I think I was 14 or 15 when that came out, I became a big fan of Arctic Monkeys and asked my parents to get me my first guitar.

An anthemic song? Why does it get your pulse racing?

Elephant Stone - Hollow World

I listen to a lot of psychedelic rock nowadays and I discovered that band recently playing live in a small concert hall in Paris. I just got stuck with it, I love the instrumental especially the sitar.

Best song to end an all-nighter?

Elvin Bishop - Fooled Around And Fell In Love

Keep it romantic.
