Describe your style in three words?
Old Young Teen.
The first track you played on repeat? And where did you play it?
Maroon 5 - Sunday Morning
Heard it on the radio when I was about 7 years old. Luckily my father had the CD for it.
A song from your favourite album? And what does this track mean to you?
Tyler, The Creator - 2SEATER (feat. Aaron Shaw, Samantha Nelson & Austin Feinstein)
First song I’ve listened from Tyler. This song made me dream about getting a driver’s license and drive around Tokyo with my future wife.
A song from your most memorable gig?
boy pablo - Limitado
Boy Pablo Asia tour 2018. Front row. I listened to this song ever since it came out. Used to feel like I was in a music video while listening to it on the way home from school. When they performed it live, I literally cried and thought life was perfect.
A song that always gets you up and dancing?
Michael Jackson - Rock with You - Single Version
Saw the music video on MTV after he passed away. Fell in love with his music and it still gets me to this day. Such a classic track.
A new song you're listening to? Why do you like this artist?
Frank Ocean - Dear April (Side A - Acoustic)
Definitely waiting for his new album. We need more songs to cry to Frank. Beautiful voice. Love you.
Best song to turn up loud? And why?
Sex Pistols - Anarchy In The UK
Such a classic. Makes me feel like a rebellious teen in a mosh pit.
A song that defines the teenage you? And the memories it evokes?
Noah Cobre - In My Room (4AM)
I made this song thinking about a girl I liked at that time. Stayed up until 4am trying not to wake up my parents by singing into the microphone. I still do this.
An anthemic song? Why does it get your pulse racing?
U.S.A. For Africa - We Are The World
The movement and power this song had is crazy. All love and peace for everyone. The generation today doesn’t have the love that it used to have.
Best song to end an all-nighter?
Frank Ocean - Provider
Best on the way home. On the train or a car, looking at street lights and people going by. All chill.
